Elizabeth Belenchia, President of Carroll Properties Corporation, Spartanburg, South Carolina is a boutique real estate globalist with a vision toward restorative ecology. Grounded in small town America she is drawn to the dynamics of present and future Megalopoli. Networked with International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) colleagues through Legislation and Environmental Sustainability she was a Brownfield and Eco Industrial Pioneer. Elizabeth was appointed by FIABCI to monitor its 25 UN Real Estate Delegates to Bangkok, Addis Ababa, Vienna, Geneva, Beirut, Santiago and NYC in Economic and Social endeavors through UN ECOSOC, UN Habitat, and to advance the guiding principles of the UN Global Compact. In July 2008 she was elected to the Working Group of International Standards Organization, ISO 26000, on Social Responsibility as an Industry Expert. She participated in negotiations Sept 1-5 2008 in Santiago, Chile.
